We will be playing our next show at the Bellevue Eagle's Lodge on Saturday, November 18th. Review of our October 14th show at the Eagle's Lodge:

"The debut of the newest local band to hit Bellevue "Blue Intentions". Rumor had it that Blue Intentions was going through some change since there last outing at the Bellevue street dance. As I arrived at the show it was true, "the Tom" had indeed left the band. The story of the day could have been the concern over the recent successes of this band would be marred by Tom's abrupt decision to leave. But instead, Blue Intentions rose to the occasion. Led by there spot-on lead guitar player John McGoogan, Blue Intentions continues its amazing upward climb into the Omaha music scene. In speaking with the band spokesman and drummer, Dean Matuszewski, "in a little over 2 weeks time Blue Intentions "broke in" a new lead singer and answered the critics with a rock solid performance". As the critic, I have to write that even though the recent lead singer had been with the band for over a year, in 2 weeks time Scott Shannon tore up the performance of such songs as Simple Man and Born to be wild and held his own on almost all other cover tunes. Steve (I play the Bass) Scruggs also stepped up his game to hold the band together through a few of their rough spots. Lisa (shoe) Shoemaker just flat out brought the heat on this Saturday night; the highlight of the evening for her was her rendition of "the first cut" by Sheryl Crow. In this critics opinion "shoe" has separated herself from the average singers in the Omaha area. The boisterous audience screamed for songs such as Wild Thing, and I shot the sheriff and the band obliged, but in the end decided that those requested songs should probably be buried forever. It is this critics opinion, if you like to hear live music and don't want to spend oodles of money, I suggest you see the band Blue Intentions before their climb to the top drives the affordability factor down. There next appearance is for a charity event at the FOE of Bellevue on the 18th of Nov 8pm-12am"
