Now this is all fine and dandy except for the fact that when these people hurt others in their way to earn money from the Internet. This will allow them to choose which websites you can view depending upon the ISP you use. And if this law is passed it could forever change the Internet and perchaps destroy the usefullness of the information on the internet. So this contest is to draw attention to this problem so we can fight it from it's roots. precharge projectnet Rules The precharge projectnet seo contest rules are a complete new set of rules for seo contests. First of all the domain must be a new registered domain, no subdomains to avoid spam and "ride alongs" sites. And it has a strick basis of no spaming as the sites will be monitered by them users.
