Mills at Little King Studios Plastic Archetype is a landscape piece involving the gradual electronic re-working of live acoustic sounds. Original sound sources include bowed and "hammered" acoustic guitar, plucked violin, whistles, and wood blocks. Sounds generated from these sources are sampled, looped, filtered and magnified to create a new canvas from which to draw for further inventions. The idea of Plastic Archetype layed the groundwork for this cd and is available only as an mp3.
