Marmot was founded by Eric Reynolds,Dave Huntley and Tom Boyce in 1947.
Marmot has grown since 1977. It is now headquartered in Santa Rosa, California. Now they have 650 authorized Marmot dealers all over the world.
They are selling products specialy for mountaineers and their products are mainly made of Gore-Tex. This little student company is now one of the greatest outdoor equipmetners in the world.
